We Bring the Gherkins from the farmer as fresh under contract farming and do the following process in our Factory / Plant. ( For Acetic acid and Vinegar Product )
  • Transporting the fresh Gherkins to the factory in the plastic Crates
  • Un loading / Weighing / Grading (Segregation) for the Sizes
  • Use Viberator to remove dust and Flowers
  • Defects Removal on the Dry Belt
  • Soaking
  • Brush Washing
  • Wet Culling
  • Filling in to the Barrels / Drums
  • Wghing the intitial packing
  • Juice / Media Filling into the Drums
  • Lock the Drums by Using Gasket / Mesh / Inner Lid and Outer Ring
  • Keep 10 to 15 Days for Osmosis Period
  • Topping
  • Final Physical and Chemical Checks
  • Cleaning
  • labeling
  • Loading in Container.
  • For Brine / Salt Solution It has to be naturally fermented in under sunlight
